Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to improve anyone’s health by relieve stress; our class movements and poses increases flexibility, balance, strength and stamina. Our yoga class is appropriate for all fitness levels, all you need is flexible clothes, a water, a yoga mat (if don’t have it, we do) the rest leave it to Gisela Morgan, an experience teacher for 10years.

The yoga class meets every Tuesdays, we gather at 5:30p and usually the class goes for 75mins. Suggestions of $10 per class.
